10. Jurisdiction, Language. The Site originates in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and is operated by FALO. This Site and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ethiopia and the Federal Laws of Ethiopia applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. By accessing and using this Site, Users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia.

12. Severability
